Appointment Policy

    To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate by appointment only. We are not an emergency facility, but we do our best to make critical patients a priority, which may result in occasional appointment delay. Please understand that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time, but due to traffic and other unforeseen circumstances that may not always be possible. 

  You have the option of coming to our office for your appointment or for those furry companions that do not travel well, we come to you!  Please note that we do charge a trip fee based on travel time, starting at $6.

Payment Policy

    We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and personal checks. 

    We also accept Care Credit and Trade First. (Trade First does not cover any medications)
